My Kindle Fire 7 charges normally. but as soon as I unplug it, it turns off and the battery percentage drops to 0%. I can''t do a soft reset, factory reset or update it because it requires 30% charge to do it. the same happens if I turn it off, the percentage drops to 0% even if it is plugged.
